Dr GR ratnavel is a specilist in hair transplantation, i had consulted him 4 months ago (during Jan'08)for hair transplantation as he has done more than 1500 hair plantation surgery, i was bit nervous aboout the sucess of hair transplanation he is very friendly and made me comfortabe by exlaning the procedure.

Good hair transplant surgeon
I had consulted DR Ratnavel 8 months back for Hair transplant, he suggested to take medicine for a year and to go for transplant if the medicines do not work, now after 8 months i could see some hair growth on the bald pathes.
I like this dr coz, he does not force the surgery on the patients and does them only as last option, talks only about the diesease and the treatment hardly takes abt 2 to 3 minutes of your time
Dr ratnavel is one of best doctors ( Hair transplant) in chennai,
I meet him for baldness and hair growth, i wanted to have the transplant done but he suggested that i am being young (24yrs), to try out the medcine for an year or so and to go for translant if medicine does not work, after 1 1/2 years now i could see hair growth on my baldpatches.
The good thing about him is that he takes only 2 to 3 minutes for consultataion, talks only about the diesease & the treatment, very positive and suggest surgery only as an last option.
After reading review from this website i had so much belief on this guy..so without any second thought i done hair transplantation with this guy last week.
he finished my surgery in 20 minutes,did not take me to operation theater..he asked me to lie down on patient bed and did.
he plugged hair only 3 places on ma head and charged 40k ,he is doing this operation without knowing of the Appolo i guess
because he did not give me any bill too.
and he forces to buy tablets from one particular medical shop.
and he never gave me the detailed information abt hair transplantation ,he talks to patient max 2 min because to see more patients even though appolo is charging 500 for consultant

so guys if u wanna do hair transplantation before ask all u r doubts .. how many percentage he can cover

I had skin disorder, vitiligo for more than 5years( had white pathes all over the body)consulted Dr Ratnavel two years ago, with in 8 months the diesease became stable, he had done pigmentattion surgery on Lips, fingers and nose one year ago now the body colour has become close normal.
Dr GR ratnevel is one of the best skin specialist in India, very friendly and cordial for his stature.
I had a Botox injection done by him which produce immediate result. he is an excellent doctor and friendly person. I like his way of treatment. compared to other doctors, he is smart in his job.
