Dr. My father has been under the treatment of Joy for the last eight years in Jaslok Hopstial. He is extemely committed to treating his patients and relentlessly keeps tyring out various medical combinations to assist in pateint recovery. I have recommended quite a lot of friends and relatives for treatment for Convulsions, neurological dis-orders, paralytic stroke, brain damage etc.The feed-back form one and all remains the same - He is the best. Committed, sincere & hardworking is how most of us would like to summarise about him.

Good doctor, but wish his registrar was better
|
Dr. Joy Desai is a great doctor. Quite scholarly and appears to know what he is doing quite well. Many times he demonstrated that he was thinking ahead and predicting and solving problems. We are pretty aggressive ourselves as we search the net to remain educated about the problems. However, his registrar, Prithviraj, could use more polish with respect to dealing with relatives. He may be good but there is not enough information to indicate this. This is the only reason I have taken Joy Desai's rating down to 4. If not for this factor, it would have been excellent. |

Inteligent Doctor
| I myself is Jonah Ezekiel(29), an ex-epilepsy patient who had face seizure since 6 years old. I meet Joy Desai during 2002. Still visit once in a year. He is outstanding person. Very hardworking,smart and commited to treat his patient. Not even 0.01% doubt about his prescription. For me he is not only doctor but also a mentor and role model. He had made me to believe the important of self confidence in life. He made me to realize that nothing is possible without self confidence. |

Docotor with Humanity

My son Yajurvendra got the convulsion in the year 2006. The local neurologist did not succeed to overcome because he was prescribing such medicine which was not required to my child. After 10 months he told me that it will not be possible to cure this child. I had contacted Dr. Margi Desai and Dr. Joy Desai in Jaslok. My son was under the diagnosis for 04 days and concluded that he is having the child hood absence seizure after video EEG. At present he is the JUDO player at the age of 09 and won 02 trophies. Thanks to Dr.Joy Deasi & Dr.Margi Desai. |
