Soft spoken, cool, gives confidence to his patients. Never burdens patients with medicines, gives appropriate medicines depending upon the illness and not on the patient's purse. Sometimes, if he feels so, he does not even give any medicine but suggest alternative ways of healing through nature. Hard to find these type of doctors now

disgusting experience

Today morning, at 8:00 i went to see him at his place, as my mother was not feeling well. My mother is a patient of hypertension with high blood pressure, but takes regular medicines and does regular check-ups. As he is known to be a good doctor in our locality, i asked him to come and see my mom once. He straight-away refused and behaved very badly. he said he has a meeting at 8:30 and why did i come to him when my mom is not under his medication. I urged for 5 mins of his visit and he once again responded rudely. I came back in despair, called another doctor who lives far away. He also said that he cannot come, but he patiently listened my mom's condition, and suggested a couple of tablets . he was very polite throughout, and said "sorry" that he cannot come. right now my mom is feeling a little better than earlier after having those medicines. So, overall, my experience with Dr. Goswami is pretty bad, giving me an impression that he is a doctor with less ethics and sense of responsiblity. He can have important meetings, but i don't think none of his meeting-delegates would have mind if he was late by 5 mins, because he went to see a patient. |
